2. What we collect

3. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers acting for us:
- Stripe (payments)
- Google (email delivery via Google Workspace; Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, only with your consent)
- Meta (Meta Pixel, only with your consent)
- Discord (internal staff notifications)
- Oracle Cloud (hosting, EU)
Some of these providers are based outside the EEA. For those transfers we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is active, then as required by Spanish tax law (6 years).
- Order and payment records: as long as Spanish tax law requires (generally 6 years).
- ID document numbers: deleted or anonymised 30 days after the event.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary storage for sign-in and your theme choice. Measurement and advertising tags (Google Tag Manager/Analytics/Ads and Meta Pixel) load only if you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data. You can also object to processing or withdraw your consent. Email info@cabanalibre.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will tell you in the app or by email.
