1. Who we are

Cabana Libre is operated by ASOC CABANA LIBRE, NIF/CIF G09684416, Enric Granados, 98, A2, 08008, Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain ("we", "us"). Contact: info@cabanalibre.com.

2. The service

Cabana Libre is an invite-only community that runs electronic-music events in and around Barcelona. Through this app you can create an account, register for events, buy entrances, and manage your entrances: share them, request a refund or request resale.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or attend an event.
• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Before your entrance QR code unlocks, you need to add your name, surname and ID document number. Staff may ask for a matching ID at the door.
• You can suspend your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or our community values.

4. Registration and approval

Some events need you to register first. Registering does not guarantee a place: we review registrations and may approve or decline them. You can only buy entrances once you are approved, unless the event is open to everyone.

5. Buying entrances

• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies.
• A service fee is charged per entrance. It appears as a separate line at checkout before you pay.
• You can buy up to 6 entrances per person per event.
• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. You then get a confirmation email, and your entrances appear under Entrances.

6. Using your entrances

• Each QR code admits one person, once. Screenshots, copies or resold codes sold outside the app may be refused at the door.
• You may share entrances with friends using the app's share link. Whoever claims the link becomes responsible for that entrance.
• Selling entrances outside Cabana Libre, or for more than face value, is not allowed. Entrances sold this way may be cancelled without a refund.
• We may refuse entry, or remove anyone who puts others at risk or ignores the house rules or staff instructions, without a refund.

7. Cancellations, refunds and resale

See the Refund Policy. Because entrances are for a leisure event on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, art. 103(l)).

8. Event changes

Line-ups, times and venues may change. If we cancel an event, we refund the full entrance price minus any applicable service fees.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for items you lose or damage at an event.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies to you.

11. Law and disputes

Spanish law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, without affecting any consumer's right to use the courts where they live. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
